My name is Aileen and I am a handmade addict. I love handmade goods!

I officially began Urth Tones in February of 2012 and it has been gaining momentum since. I pride myself in the production of luxurious products lovingly crafted in small batches using organic and/or fairly traded ingredients. I believe in sustainability and responsible stewardship of the earth and strive to embody these beliefs through my cottage industry.

As Urth Tones grows, my goal is to develop and implement an initiative within my community striving to bridge disparities in maternal and child education, development, and health. This will be financially supported through profit made from Urth Tones products.

I have always found so much joy and contentment in making things then letting them go while infusing every piece with a lot of love and just a little bit of me. Urth Tones is the ideal avenue for me to fund and pursue my dreams of both business now and social entrepreneurship in the future.
